1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the sy777 website accessible at sy777.pro, including all subdomains, mobile interfaces, and associated services.
• "Member" / "Player" means any individual who has registered a verified account on the sy777 platform.
• "Account Balance" means the total real-money PKR funds held in a Member's account, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spins value, or matching amount awarded by sy777 that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the exclusive currency used for all transactions on the sy777 platform.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which the use of sy777's services is prohibited by applicable law.

References to a statute or statutory provision include that statute or provision as amended, extended, or re-enacted from time to time. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register a sy777 account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity — corporate registrations are not permitted.
• Not be located in, or ordinarily resident in, a Restricted Territory where access to online casino platforms is prohibited.
• Not have had a previous sy777 account closed due to a Terms violation.
• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number accessible to you.

sy777 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any time. This may include requesting a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of address (such as a utility bill in your name), or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3 Account Management

Members are solely responsible for the security of their account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. sy777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised account access where such access was enabled by the Member's failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify sy777 support immediately. Accounts suspected of unauthorised access may be temporarily frozen pending investigation, and transactions completed during a suspected security breach may be reversed at sy777's discretion.

• Members must keep their registered contact details current. sy777 will communicate with you via your registered email address and mobile number.
• Accounts showing no activity (no login, deposit, or game participation) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. An administration fee of up to 500 PKR per month may be applied to dormant accounts, reducing the account balance accordingly.
• Members may request account closure at any time by contacting sy777 support. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to completed identity verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on sy777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, SadaPay, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, and USDT BEP20. sy777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in the Member's own name.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. sy777 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days, though processing times may vary depending on the chosen payment method and the Member's verification status. sy777 does not charge internal transaction fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your sy777 account within minutes of the transaction completing on your end.
• Bank transfers via HBL, Meezan Bank, or other local banks may take 1–2 business days to process, depending on interbank settlement timelines.
• USDT deposits and withdrawals are converted at the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction. Exchange rate fluctuations are the Member's responsibility.
• sy777 reserves the right to delay or reverse any transaction that triggers our anti-money-laundering (AML) or fraud detection protocols pending further investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

sy777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Bonuses are valid for a specified period as stated in the promotion. Unclaimed or unfulfilled bonuses expire at the end of their validity period and are removed from the account without compensation.
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to their own wagering requirements unless explicitly stated as cash prizes.
• sy777 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, system error, or exploitation.
• Members may opt out of all marketing communications and bonuses by updating their account preferences or contacting support.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the sy777 platform — including Jackpot Slots, live Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Hot Pot, Aviator, Cockfighting, and all sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. Ignorance of game rules is not grounds for a refund of losses.

All slot and RNG (Random Number Generator) games are certified for fairness. Game outcomes are determined by independently verified RNG systems and are not influenced by previous outcomes, bet amounts, or account history. Live dealer games are operated by professional dealers under regulated conditions.

• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, any incomplete bets will be void and stakes refunded to the Member's account balance.
• Bets placed after a game round has technically commenced but before the interface confirms acceptance may be void at sy777's discretion.
• Sports betting markets — including HBL Pakistan Super League cricket fixtures — may be suspended, voided, or settled differently than initially displayed if an error in odds is identified. sy777 reserves the right to correct such errors.
• Maximum win limits may apply per game round or per game session. These are published within the individual game information panels.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Members must not engage in any conduct that violates these Terms, applicable law, or the integrity of the platform. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or any other interaction with sy777.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, dealers, or sy777 employees.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying source code or systems of the sy777 platform.
• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim multiple bonuses or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Charging back or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider in bad faith.

sy777 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold all balances pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct constitutes a criminal offence, sy777 may report the matter to relevant authorities.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the sy777 platform — including but not limited to the sy777 brand name, logo, game graphics, website design, text, software, and audiovisual material — is the proprietary intellectual property of sy777 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any platform content. Any unauthorised use of sy777's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sy777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. sy777's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member during the calendar month in which the claim arose.

10 Privacy & Data

sy777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy as published on this website.

sy777 processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, regulatory compliance (including AML obligations), fraud prevention, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications. 11 Responsible Gaming

sy777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Members are encouraged to view gaming as a form of entertainment rather than a means of generating income. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members directly from within their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and block re-registration for a minimum period of 6 months.

Once a self-exclusion is activated, sy777 will make every reasonable effort to enforce it, including blocking access via known devices and email addresses. However, Members who deliberately circumvent exclusion measures do so at their own risk. sy777 cannot be held liable for losses incurred by a self-excluded Member who circumvented platform controls.

12 Amendments & Termination

sy777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to Members via the email address registered to their account, and updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

sy777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe a breach of these Terms has occurred. Members may terminate their account at any time by submitting a closure request to sy777 support. Any real-money PKR balance remaining at the time of voluntary account closure will be returned via the Member's registered payment method following successful identity verification.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the sy777 platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through sy777's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a formal dispute, Members should submit a written complaint to sy777's support team. sy777 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a final decision within 14 calendar days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the Member may escalate the matter through appropriate legal channels.

These Terms & Conditions were last revised on 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
